Scope

This standard specifies the grading conditions, grade assessment methods and grade management for household appliance manufacturing enterprise maintenance service organizations, household appliance sales enterprise maintenance service organizations and household appliance repair service chain enterprises that provide chain maintenance services. This standard applies to maintenance service organizations of household appliance manufacturing enterprises, maintenance service organizations of household appliance sales enterprises, and household appliance maintenance service chain enterprises; other types of household appliance maintenance service organizations or enterprises may refer to it for implementation.
