Scope

This standard specifies the test methods for the maximum heat transfer capacity of the gravity heat pipe, the heat transfer coefficient of the evaporation section of the heat pipe and the heat transfer coefficient of the condensation section of the heat pipe. This standard is applicable to the heat transfer performance test of various tubular gravity heat pipes.
