- Scope
- This standard specifies the salt spray test method for the basic environmental test of electrical and electronic products. This standard is applicable to the assessment of the salt spray corrosion resistance of materials and their protective layers, as well as the comparison of the process quality of similar protective layers, and can also be used to assess the salt spray corrosion resistance of certain products. This standard is not applicable as a general corrosion test method.
