Scope

This standard specifies the terms and symbols used in the study of aircraft stability and controllability. This standard applies to aircraft with fixed wings, and other aircraft can refer to it. The x-direction of the body coordinate axis referred to in this standard is close to the zero-lift line of the aircraft.
