DL/T 1080.1-2016 (English Version) PDF

Scope: This part is Part 1 of the DL 1080 standard. Overall, it defines the interfaces for the main elements of the power distribution management interface architecture. This section identifies and establishes recommendations for standard interfaces based on the Interface Reference Model (IRM). Each interface identified by the IRM is specified in other parts of this standard. This standard is limited to the definition of interfaces. They provide interoperability between different computer systems, platforms, and languages. DL/T 1080.100 recommends methods and technologies to implement these interface functions. In the DL 1080 standard, power distribution management consists of a variety of distributed application components used by power companies to manage distribution networks. Functionality of these components includes supply equipment monitoring and control, system reliability management, voltage management, demand side management, outage management, work management, automated mapping, equipment management and metering. IRM is clearly explained in Chapter 3.
