DL/T 1080.3-2010 Applicaiton integration at electric utilities.System interfaces for distribution management.Part 3:Interface for network operations (English Version)
The DL 1080 standard fully defines the interfaces for the main components of the power distribution management system interface. DL/T 1080.1 clarifies and establishes standard interface requirements based on the interface reference model. DL/T 1080.3-1080.10 specifies the interfaces related to each major business function described by the interface reference model. In the DL 1080 standard, electric power companies use DMS systems to manage various distributed application components of the distribution network. The functions of these components include monitoring and control of transmission equipment, management processes to ensure system reliability, voltage management, demand side management, outage management, work management, automatic mapping and equipment management. The DL 1080 standard is limited to interface definition and has nothing to do with implementation. This section specifies the information content of the message type set. Message types can be used to support many business functions related to power grid operation. Typical applications of the message types defined in this section include data acquisition from external systems, fault isolation, fault recovery, incident management, equipment maintenance and operation, etc.
