This standard provides directions for design, construction and operation of plants for the hygienically safe processing and filling of microbial sensible products without recontamination, without adding preservative agents and without measures for microbial inactivation in the filled packaging. The standard further provides hygiene requirements for filling machines and their peripheral devices serving to fill in dairy products in pre-decontaminated packaging respectively in aseptically produced packaging and shut them.
