Scope

This standard stipulates the technical conditions, safety measures and flushing methods that should be observed when flushing with live water. This standard is applicable to the live water flushing operation of electrical equipment with an AC rated voltage of 10 ~ 220kV in areas with an altitude of 1000m and below (excluding fixed water flushing).
