Scope

This standard specifies the technical conditions, flushing methods and safety measures that should be observed during live flushing operations. This standard is applicable to the live water flushing operation (excluding fixed water flushing) of electrical equipment with an altitude of 1000m and below and AC rated voltage 10kV~220kV.
