- This standard specifies the standard procedures and rules for the acceptance test of light gas turbines. The purpose is to provide a unified method for determining the power, thermal efficiency and checking other performances of gas turbines during delivery acceptance. This standard applies to open cycle light gas turbines with conventional combustion systems. The finalized gas turbine shall undergo acceptance test according to this standard before it is put into operation.
