Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, operating environment, classification, composition and model marking, technical parameters, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of electrical control cabinets for railway passenger cars and EMUs. This standard applies to electrical control cabinets for railway passenger cars and EMUs. Other electrical boxes and special vehicle control cabinets can be implemented by reference.
