- Scope
- This standard specifies the naming method of polypropylene and propylene copolymer materials. This standard applies to all propylene homopolymers and propylene copolymers which are normally powdery or granular, and to polymer blends containing at least 50% (m/m) of the above polymers. This standard also applies to the above-mentioned materials modified or not modified by colorants, additives, fillers, reinforcing materials, etc. This standard does not apply to propylene-based rubber or blends of polypropylene and ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer (EPDM), nor does it apply to masterbatches.
