Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for horizontal gallium arsenide single crystals and dicing wafers. This standard is applicable to gallium arsenide single crystal and its slices prepared by horizontal method. The products are used to make components such as optoelectronic devices, microwave devices and sensor components.
