Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for liquid-sealed Czochralski gallium arsenide single crystals and cut sheets. This standard applies to gallium arsenide single crystals and their cut pieces prepared by the liquid-encapsulated Czochralski method. The products are used to make components such as optoelectronic devices, microwave devices and sensor components.
