Scope

This standard specifies the method for measuring the resolution of photosensitive materials. This standard applies to black and white and color film, photographic film, and photographic paper. This standard does not apply to materials with light-sensitive photolayers such as photopolymers and diazonium salts designed for X-rays and other high radiant energies.
