This standard specifies the structural type, technical requirements, inspection and test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of stop valves, lift check valves and swing check valves for liquefied natural gas. This standard applies to flange and welded stop valves, lift check valves and swing check valves (hereinafter referred to as valves) whose working medium is liquefied natural gas. The applicable nominal pressures of stop valves and lift check valves are PN16~PN250, nominal sizes are DN15~DN400, pressure levels are Class150~Class1 500, and nominal sizes are NPS1/2~NPS16. The applicable nominal pressure of the swing check valve is PN16~PN250, the nominal size is DN15~DN600, the pressure grade is Class150~Class1 500, and the nominal size is NPS1/2~NPS24. Other stop valves and check valves with temperatures above -162°C can also be used as a reference.
