- This part of GB/T 20064 specifies the requirements for handle starters for land, rail vehicle and marine reciprocating internal combustion engines, except for road vehicle and aviation engines. This section can also be applied to road construction machinery, earth moving machinery and other engines that currently do not have a suitable standard. In addition to the technical safety requirements, this section also describes the inspection procedures required to comply with these requirements.
