- This part of GB/T 20064 expounds the test method for the disengagement angle of the starter handle device, that is, the test for the basic safety requirements according to GB/T 20064.1. This section applies to land, rail and marine reciprocating internal combustion engines, except for road vehicles and aviation engines. This section can also be applied to road construction machinery, earth moving machinery and other engines for which there is currently no suitable standard.
