Scope
Specifies the data transmission method, transmission packet structure, information processing specifications and implementation recommendations for receiver manufacturers for digital television closed captioning. It is suitable for the production of digital TV closed subtitle business, and is also suitable for the development and production of digital TV closed subtitle encoder/decoder, digital TV receiver and digital TV signal processing equipment. It can also watch TV for the hearing-impaired and carry multi-language hidden subtitles for programs. Subtitles provide technical support.
