Scope
This standard specifies the product terms and definitions, requirements, inspection rules, signs and labels, packaging, transportation and storage of green food raw pasta and rice flour products. This standard applies to green food raw pasta products, including raw and dry noodle products (vermicelli, macaroni) and raw and wet noodle products (noodles, cut noodles, dumpling wrappers, wonton wrappers, siomai wrappers, etc.); rice flour products (including rice noodles, rice noodles, rice cakes, etc.) , spring roll skin, etc.).
