- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, inspection rules, signs and labels, packaging, transportation and storage of green food soy products. This standard applies to green food bean products processed from beans as raw materials (including cooked beans, tofu, dried tofu, yuba and bean curd skin, dried bean products, soy flour, soy protein), and does not apply to beans. Beverages, puffed soy products and fermented soy products.
