- This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and transportation of high-purity gallium. This standard is applicable to gallium with a purity of not less than 99.99% of industrial gallium as a raw material, which is obtained by electrolytic refining, etc. Gallium with a purity of not less than 99.99999%. The products are used for the preparation of compound semiconductor materials and high-purity alloys.
