- This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and order form for high-purity gallium. This part applies to gallium with a purity of not less than 99.9999% obtained from industrial gallium with a purity of not less than 99.99% through electrolytic refining, single crystal drawing or other purification processes. The products prepare compound semiconductor materials and high-purity alloys.
