This part of NB/T 47013 specifies the X-ray digital imaging inspection technology and quality classification requirements for fusion welded joints of metal material pressure components of pressure equipment. This section is applicable to X-ray digital imaging inspection of welded joints during the manufacturing, installation, and in-use inspection of pressure components of pressure equipment. Metal materials used to make welded joints include steel, copper and copper alloys, aluminum and aluminum alloys, titanium and titanium alloys, nickel and nickel alloys. The applicable imaging devices in this section are digital detectors; the maximum tube voltage of the applicable X-ray machine does not exceed 600kV. X-ray digital imaging inspection of welded joints of supporting parts and structural parts of pressure-bearing equipment can be used as a reference.
