Scope

This regulation stipulates fire prevention and fire extinguishing measures for electric power equipment and related facilities, as well as fire safety management requirements. It is applicable to fire safety management of power generation units, power grid operating units, and non-power units using electric equipment. Electric power design, installation, construction, commissioning and production shall comply with the relevant requirements of this regulation. This regulation does not apply to nuclear power generation units.
