Technical fields | Requirements of the 2009 version | New/changed contents of the 2023 version | Engineering impact |
---|---|---|---|
Classification system | 3 basic classifications | Newly added classification of places of use (Important public buildings Z/Ordinary P) and Class D for multi-component materials | Strengthen fire protection requirements for key places |
Fire resistance performance | Single fire condition | Distinguish between the two heating curves of building fiber (FXH) and power fire (FDL) | Accurately match different fire scenarios |
Safety indicators | Not required | Add smoke toxicity (≥ZA2 level) and air tightness (≤3.5m³/m²·h) | Improve the safety of personnel evacuation |
The apparent density of flexible organic plugging materials is ≤2000kg/m³, and the compressive strength of inorganic plugging materials is 0.8-6.5MPa. The corrosion test adopts 70℃/90%RH environment for 168h, and no rust is required.
Non-inorganic materials must meet GB8624 B2 grade, fire retardant fabric requirements: damage length ≤ 150mm, afterburning/smoldering time ≤ 5s.
Cable penetration test pieceStandard configuration:
Thermocouple arrangement: A temperature measurement point must be set 25mm from the plugging material on the surface of the penetration object
Important public buildings should select Class Z materials and verify the smoke toxicity index. Power facilities should give priority to FDL fire-resistant products.
