This standard specifies the definition, measurement conditions and measurement methods of transmitter performance. This standard applies to FM radiotelephone transmitters for mobile communication with a working frequency of 25-1000MHz for transmitting single-channel voice and other types of signals, and whose audio bandwidth generally does not exceed 10kHz.
