This standard specifies the definition, naming, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of digital distribution frames (hereinafter referred to as DDF). This standard applies to digital distribution frames connecting digital multiplexing equipment or program-controlled switching equipment.
