Scope

This code is applicable to the following newly-built, expanded and reconstructed buildings: 1 factory buildings; 2 warehouses; 3 civil buildings; 4 Class A, B and C liquid storage tanks (areas); material yard; 7 urban traffic tunnels. For civil air defense projects, petroleum and natural gas projects, petrochemical projects, thermal power plants and substations, etc., when there are special national standards for fire protection design, those provisions should be followed. This code does not apply to the building fire protection design of gunpowder, explosives and their products factory buildings (warehouses) and fireworks factory buildings (warehouses).
