- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general principles, price influencing factors, main valuation methods, benchmark land price assessment, parcel land price assessment procedures, land price assessment for different uses, and land price assessment under different rights status in my country's urban land valuation. This standard is applicable to the evaluation of "base land price" and "parcel land price" of construction land within the scope of towns and independent industrial and mining areas. The land price assessment of rural construction land can refer to this standard.
