- This regulation stipulates the scope of my country's urban land valuation, reference standards, general principles, valuation principles and price influencing factors, basic valuation methods, benchmark land price valuation methods, parcel land price valuation methods, land price valuation methods for main uses and other rights. This regulation is applicable to the evaluation of "base land price" and "parcel land price" of construction land within the scope of towns, independent industrial and mining areas and development zones. Land price evaluation of rural construction land can also refer to this regulation.
