Scope

This part of GB/T 6115 specifies the design and testing of thyristor-controlled series capacitors (TCSC for short) devices used in series on transmission lines. This part applies to the rated parameters of thyristor valves, capacitors and reactors of TCSC, as well as the control characteristics, protection characteristics, cooling system and system operation of TCSC.
