Scope

This part of GB/T 30850 provides the technical reference model, standardized top-level design and overall requirements for standardizing the practice of e-government engineering and system construction, and specifies the requirements for project management, network construction, information sharing, supporting technology and information security in the series of standards. The relationship and requirements of each part. This section applies to the planning, construction and management of e-government systems, and can also be used as a reference for planning, construction and management of other information systems.
