This standard specifies the definition, classification, technical requirements, test methods, etc. of capacitive electroscopes used in AC 10kV ~ 750kV power systems. This standard applies to portable electroscopes used in power frequency AC power systems of 10kV to 750kV in areas with an altitude of 1000m and below. It is suitable for capacitive electroscopes that are in contact with the component being measured. It is not suitable for inductive non-contact electroscopes.
