Scope
This standard specifies the definition, optimal parameters and effective methods of physical factors of fruits and vegetables under cold storage conditions. These physical factors are: temperature, relative humidity, air circulation rate and air change rate. This standard applies to the interpretation of the definition of the relevant physical factors and the relevant measurement methods of fruits and vegetables in cold storage.
