This standard specifies the definition of physical factors and effective measurement methods for physical parameters of fruits and vegetables (hereinafter referred to as "refrigerated products") under cold storage conditions. These physical factors include: temperature, relative humidity, air circulation flow rate and air change rate. This standard is applicable to the definition of relevant physical factors and explanation of relevant measurement methods for fruits and vegetables stored in cold storage.
