GB/T 30506-2014
Scope
This standard specifies cleanliness classes and flushing guidelines for lubricating oil systems. The role of flushing has two aspects: one is to remove the intruded pollutants during installation and assembly; the other is to ensure that the pipeline and system as a whole have sufficient cleanliness. The crankcase and gearbox should be cleaned separately before flushing. This standard specifies the specific cleaning requirements. These requirements also apply to system tanks and other system components. This standard stipulates that when the Reynolds number Re≤3000, the cleaning process is overwashing, and when the Reynolds number Re≥3000, the cleaning process is flushing.
