This rule stipulates the measurement requirements, measurement and testing procedures, measurement and testing methods, measurement and testing results evaluation criteria and test reports for ordinary high-pressure sodium lamps (hereinafter referred to as high-pressure sodium lamps) energy efficiency labeling. This rule applies to the energy efficiency of ordinary high-pressure sodium lamps with transparent glass bulbs and rated powers of 50 W, 70 W, 100 W, 150 W, 250 W, 400 W, and 1000 W for indoor and outdoor lighting. Labeling, measurement supervision and testing, and entrusted testing can be carried out with reference to these rules. Units that produce and sell high-pressure sodium lamp products may also refer to these rules for testing. The high-pressure sodium lamps subject to testing should be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection, or products imported and sold by the seller.
