Scope: This standard specifies the measurement methods for the characteristics of high-pressure mercury lamps, high-pressure sodium lamps and single-ended and double-ended metal halide lamps including dysprosium lamps, sodium thallium indium lamps and scandium sodium lamp series. This standard applies to high-pressure mercury lamps, sodium lamps and lamps including dysprosium lamps, sodium thallium indium lamps and Single-ended and double-ended metal halide lamps (hereinafter referred to as lamps) including scandium sodium lamp series.
