This rule stipulates the measurement requirements, measurement testing procedures, and measurement requirements for the energy efficiency labeling of inverter air conditioners with air-cooled condensers, fully enclosed speed-controllable electric compressors, rated cooling capacity of 14,000 W and below, and climate type T1. Testing methods, measurement test results evaluation criteria and test reports, etc. This rule applies to the measurement supervision and inspection of energy efficiency labels of inverter air conditioners. Commissioned inspections can be carried out with reference to these rules. Units that produce and sell inverter air conditioners may also refer to these rules for testing. The energy efficiency measurement and testing method for inverter air conditioners stipulated in these rules is the air enthalpy method. The speed controllable type referred to in this rule includes the use of AC frequency conversion, DC speed regulation or other methods of changing the compressor speed. This rule does not apply to mobile air conditioners, multi-unit air conditioners and duct air conditioners. The inverter air conditioners to be tested should be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection, or products imported and sold by the seller.
