This rule stipulates the energy efficiency labeling measurement requirements, measurement testing procedures, measurement testing methods, and measurement requirements for inverter air conditioners that use air-cooled condensers, fully enclosed speed-controllable electric compressors, cooling capacity of 14kW or less, and climate type T1. Test results evaluation criteria and test reports, etc. This rule applies to the measurement supervision and inspection of energy efficiency labels of inverter air conditioners. Commissioned inspections can be carried out with reference to these rules. Units that produce and sell inverter air conditioners may also refer to these rules for testing. The energy efficiency measurement and verification method for inverter air conditioners stipulated in this rule is the air enthalpy method. The speed controllable type referred to in this rule includes the use of AC frequency conversion, DC speed regulation or other methods of changing the compressor speed. This rule does not apply to mobile air conditioners, fixed speed air conditioners, multi-connected air conditioners and ducted inverter air conditioners.
