The guideline describes the design and dimensions, materials, assembly and installation of sliding guides for large stamping tools. It is aimed at engineers and technicians who are responsible for the design and use of large stamping tools. The guideline provides a simplified and reduced variety of variants and thus enables more economical use of sliding elements and simplified storage. A code clearly determines each version of a sliding guide and thereby makes ordering easier. The guideline also provides information on the correct installation and fastening of the sliding elements
