Scope: This standard specifies the environmental conditions, system composition, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of ground power supply for rolling stock electrical equipment. This standard applies to the ground power supply that supplies power to the auxiliary electrical systems of railway rolling stock during maintenance, inspection, maintenance and storage, excluding the ground power supply that supplies power to the main traction system of the rolling stock.
