Scope
This standard specifies the constant potential electrolysis method for the determination of nitrogen oxides in exhaust gases from fixed pollution sources. This standard is applicable to the determination of nitrogen oxides in exhaust gas from fixed pollution sources. The detection limit of this standard method is 3 mg/m for nitric oxide (calculated as NO) and 3 mg/m for nitrogen dioxide; the lower limit of determination is 12 mg/m for nitric oxide (calculated as NO) and 12 mg for nitrogen dioxide. /m.
