Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for quality assurance and quality control of sampling and measurement during manual monitoring and comparative monitoring of wastewater discharge and waste gas discharge from stationary pollution sources. This standard applies to environmental monitoring of wastewater and exhaust gas pollutant emissions from fixed pollution sources.
