This standard specifies the selection, testing, safety precautions, maintenance, etc. of insulating platforms for 10kV live operations. This standard applies to insulation platforms used for 10kV live work in areas with an altitude of 1000m and below. In areas above 1000m above sea level, the safety dis ances and lengths of various types of air and solid insulation should be revis d according to different altitudes, and on-site safety procedures should be prepared and implemented after approval by the unit's production leader.
