Scope
This part of GB/T 30357 specifies the terms and definitions, products, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs and labels, packaging, transportation and storage of oolong tea. This part is applicable to the processing of the leaves, buds and young shoots of Camellia sinensis (Linnaeus) O.kuntze, which are processed in sequence through unique processes such as moderate withering, greening, greening, rolling (wrapping), and drying. Oolong tea with specific quality characteristics.
