Scope: This part of GB/T 30290 specifies the information security model, key distribution, equipment authentication, access control, data confidentiality and data integrity protection and other security mechanisms of the satellite positioning vehicle information service system (hereinafter referred to as the "system"). Defines the interface and communication protocol of the safety and security module of the vehicle terminal. This part applies to vehicle information service systems that use satellite navigation and positioning technology, use public mobile communication networks, and have information service centers, and can be used as the basis for design and testing of system information security functions. The information security function of the information processing system using land-based positioning technology, using a dedicated mobile communication network, and having an information service center can also be implemented by reference.
