Scope: This part of GB/T 30290 defines the information exchange procedure and frame format between the vehicle terminal of the satellite positioning vehicle information service system (hereinafter referred to as the system) and the information service center. This part applies to vehicle information service systems that use satellite navigation and positioning technology, use public or private mobile communication networks, and have service centers, and can be used as the basis for system communication protocol design and testing. Information systems with service centers that use non-satellite positioning technology can also be implemented as a reference.
