This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of lump sugar. This standard applies to lump sugar made from sugar cane as raw material, which has been extracted, clarified, boiled and shaped, or lump sugar processed using brown sugar and brown sugar as raw material using a two-step method.
